I’ll guess you already have a new fridge by now, since it is 14 years later after you posted this,

We encountered the same problem with the flashing d, because we had the fridge defrosted to move it to an other place.

When you press the buttons Quick Freeze and Quick Cool together for approximately 10 seconds it should be working again.
