Re: BEKO D533 – Main oven not working

So to recap:
I continuity-tested (after disconnecting the lugs);
– temp sensor (on left, looking into the back with the cover off)
– fan motor (in center)
– oven element
All showed low resistance, as expected (= good circuit).

Next, at the panel rotary control, the resistance was full in the off pos, then dropped when turned just-on, then varied when knob turned.
(without disconnecting the knob)

So I’m not sure which bit to blame – there were little white things on the right side of the back which resembled power transistors, could they be the issue?

Also, how does one check the neon telltale lights ?
