😳 Update:: Hotpoint have sent out an engineer to inspect the machine after me emailing the Directors of Hotpoint. They have discovered that the machine has had the door lock mechanism removed! It appears my Brother borrowed the machine for some time and called in an Engineer to fix a problem with the door lock. He cannot recall who this was?? I apologise to Hotpoint for this error.
