Hi Sean,

thanks for that, but no response from the machine. At the drain position, is it expecting to have water inside it, as it has been drained via the filter, if so, I can easily get some water into it via the soap tray (slowly…….), but dont want to have yet another flood in the kitchen

any help appreciated
