    HI Penguin45,

The water is pumping out at a good rate (when it does work 😆 ), we pulled the whole machine apart to check for blockages before I purchased the new pump.

I have just run another load through, and it worked, however I did keep checking the temperature of the pump.
When the machine was filling with rinse water it was really hot to touch, and was hot to touch after the completion of the spin cycle.
I don’t know if this is normal or not.
Would this temperature be tripping the pump, or would it be a problem in the control panel?
    cheers Juls

    HI again

Thanks for the info, I got the OH to check all the things listed, the switch was in good condition and everything else appears fine.

After looking at the Drain pump, I decided to replace that as it was looking a bit worse for wear with corrosion on it.
Replaced it yesterday, and ran a load with no issue at all. HOORAY

Decided to run another load and on checking, it had stopped at the spin cycle full of water. Hadn’t gone into an error code at that stage, however the drain pump was hot to touch. I checked the error code, which came up as 37 – pump fault. I then disconnected the machine and went to bed.
This morning with the pump cooled down it has worked on the spin cycle.

As its a new pump, what else should I be looking at in regards to this error?
    cheers Juls
