I got the motor checked by a motor rewind mechanic. He ran the motor on the bench off-load and the noise during low speed operation was heard, but not as loudly as previously. I hope the difference in the noise level is just a matter of where the motor is mounted on.
The funny thing is that the noise almost vanished when the motor was held in vertical position. If I knew it I would change the washer’s orientation… 😆
The motor needs a rewind: cost 55 €. 😀
A brand new motor costs 250 € (170.58 £). 👿
