I dont know how to tell whether the switch is working or not so I took it off and cleaned the terminals.
It worked but only once, I pushed the arm back and it worked again. For a little while. The little red bit on the switch seems to get stuck in, indicating oob. In order to get the washing done, I removed the arm thing until I can find out where to buy the switch thing. Do you think normal electrical supply places would have it and was it alright to remove the arm thing?
Anyway, thanks so much for your help with the eroor code advice. My children also thank you because they now have clean uniforms to wear to school tomorrow.
