I am having exactly the same problem with mine!

Interesting that there may be a resolution.

Tried the reset procedure, turning power on and pressing the button 4 times quickly, and it gives different results now, the exaust pump runs for 10 seconds then the origional cycling problem re-occurs. Should I power down at some point before shutting the door?

Also This is an old post and both your links dont work anymore. Could you re-find them and post the links back???
