    thanks for your help, sorry it was a typing error however i had quoted the correct no to Distriparts who had given me the no for the 00/01 but told me 02 didnt exist. Will order the suggested one which was showing on Connect. Thanks again. Kez

    Thanks, I had already looked at the part break down/diagram on Siemens and it only shows the complete ice maker I was just hoping that there may be another way round changing the whole thing as it is pretty expensive. Thanks Kez

    Thats my problem, cust rang me with the serial no I told him the number was incorrect, I then sent an engineer out to check it. That is definitely the serial no on it. Help!! Thanks Kez

    probably need to get my coat and go home 🙁 on Connect they have called it a defrost element? I want the one in their picture which ever that may be/should be called. Thanks for your help in advance. Regards Kez

    Oops sorry! Its the freezer defrost heater part no 5045171036316 on connect but out of stock until 4th Feb. Does anyone have one please? Cheers Kez
