Thanks for your reply. I have a technician coming out to see the fridge in 10 days as I am going away. I had to demand to see one, as Hotpoint insist it is ‘normal’. I will though not accept it and like you say my food should not be wet to the degree it is.
I have a good seal all around the door and it has been a problem since day one which tells me its not the food that is in the fridge either.
Thanks once again and hopefully I will be able to report a success on my return!
