    Re: Samsung RS21

Got a bit fed up for waiting for the return of the engineer. Can’t praise GB Domestic enough what exemplary service they give (Irony!),
Any way turned the fridge thermostat up to 7 deg for a week, then gradually turned it down to 5 deg. Since then have had no problems & fridge is a good un. Pity about Samsung & thier service agents – there a bed un!!!!

Two months ago I took a kettle & toothbrush & continualy brushed at a grid towards the back right with boiling water filling the supm. Then drained & repeated. The dishwasher has not faulted since, obviously full of crud.
    Thanks for the help.

    Thanks Greg.

Any clues on how I check the WI & remove it. An exploded view may help, I’ve scoured the net, but, can’t find one.

    Regards
