Hi, well thanks to your suggestion I think I’ve resolved the immediate problem of the continuously turning programme dial (and hopefully the whole problem) – the machine seems to be working as normal again, now I’ve reset it. Maybe could have read the manual a bit closer first for that (!) – but thanks anyway, your prompt reply has relieved me of a lot of concern for now.
