Are there any areas that I should try and clear? I have emptied the filter at the bottom. Checked the fan. Pressed the reset button that had clearly tripped. Was literally worked 2 days ago, I just think it’s overheating and I imagine due to a build up somewhere

Are there any other simple or obvious things I have missed at all that you can think of?

This is where im probably a bit out of my depth sorry. I don’t have multimeters or any other fancy bits of equipment. I’m simply trying to use the basic things I can do to see if I can get it working again. I assume it’s cutting out because it’s overheated, but I simply don’t know. All I know is there’s no error messages and it cuts out after 15 minutes, with no heat being generated.

Apologies I’m no expert. Are you able to get explain how I check the element and if the fan runs?

So I cannot see any issues with the fan. I assume you mean the bit at the top of the black bit I have lifted? It doesn’t appear to be heating at all, even when pressing In the reset button like last time, which has worked for several months.

Just while I’m asking, does that back black fan- like item need to be taken off also to remove the metal heater box? From the looks of it, it would?
