    Thanks for that Penguin45. I guess time will tell. Still, at least if it does occur again i’ll know what it is straight away.

    Came across this thread while looking for a solution to my problem with an Electrolux EOB5630. Thanks to all who suplied what appears to be a solution.
    However, I am concerned that all I would be doing is replacing one faulty part with another, only to find that the same problem will occur in another 12 months or so!
    Can anyone reassure me that the suggested part is an improvement on the original?
