Cheers Martin any ideas? Fault is dial spinning error 10, I have stripped out all drain system and fine. Tried all the power off/on reset options. If I manually fill drum and switch on, the pump does drain fine but alarm still comes on. Is the pressure switch at fault? Cheers

Hi not used site before so hope im not breaking any rules posting under this 😳 . I have exactly the same problem after outlet froze but with ariston margerhita 2000. Have stripped out all drain system and still no good was suspecting pressure switch as pump is working fine and pumps out if I manually fill but then alarms while in drain phase. Will this model have same anti-flood device?

    Thanks Lee

Re: Ariston Margherita 2000 – I also have a problem!

Hiya, Ive just came across this site and thread and am hoping for some advise. I have a margarita adw12 and recently my external drain froze on the bad weather. The washer must have backed up and water came out of sink. Ive had a problem with error code 10 (drainage problem), however ive stripped out every part of the drain system and its clear, also no holes in the pressure hose. The machine is empty when trying to reset/run, pump is actually running and if I fill drum manually and try it actually pumps water out, but still have the clicking and 10 flashes. Could the water have backed up the pressure hose and knackered the switch? The switch sounds ok when blowing though? If I attempt the various reset techniques it still no good. However if I switch the dryer on and reset from that part of program I then get 5 flashes, are these related to drain?
Also how is the pump supposed to be running? I saw it should be moving quarter turns? Mine is really whizzing round. Any info much appreciated. Cheers Lee
