Re: DI620UK 2 and 4 lights flashing – PCB most probable caus

It could well be. Is the NTC the little white’ish’ block? I found it dangling and couldn’t see where it went and sadly, the photos I took before stripping it down didn’t cover that area.

In the end, I found a small brass like clip where it ‘seemed’ to slot in nicely which if I remember, was central on the inner door panel. Sounds right by what you have replied. I am guessing it doesn’t have to be a certain way round or anything – or possibly even damaged where it was obviously ‘ripped’ out of the clip with the force of the door weight pulling it out.

As it is hard wired to the PCB, I guess it is part of it and no chance of getting one seperate?

Must admit tho, for a poor quality machine, it has done 5 or 6 years without skipping a beat and I think it is fair to say had I not had to replace the door clip, it would probably still be running fine. Luck of the draw I guess and it is no Bosch I know, but for £200 back then it has done us well. Then again, we have a Peugeot car that is a bitch and I know many Peugeot owners who have had no problems – thats life huh! 😆

Thanks for getting back to me,

    Kind regards,

    Lee
