    Re: in-line heater test?

I resoldered the dry joint on my zanussi dishwasher a few month ago

Tonight it stoped heating the water again, could it be the relay?

where can i get the relay from and what sort of price?

if not the relay what can it be?

    Thanks

    Re: Creda T622CW Spins Slowly

Thanks for your help, i had the start & temp switch mixed up, sorted that and all working perfectly.

strange thing about the timer, ordered the replacement from here but the one in the dryer was the same make & model(EC4925) not the EC4835 or Copreci TD-020014 as the instructions said, I get the dryer from new!!

The multimeter helped but if i have a wiring diagram life would of been alot easier

    Thanks

    Re: Creda T622CW Spins Slowly

thanks for all your help but its not the wiring to the timer or any other wires, checked & double checked & tested, All stats working.

I push start when on cold cycle & relay switches & it works perfect

I push start on hot cycle & relay does not switch & drum spins slowly, WHY??

When the relay works on the hot cycle the house fuse blows, WHY??

    something is overloading(Heater??)??
motor works ok by its self so does the heater, just not together!!

    please :help:

    ❓ ❓ ❓

Re: Creda T622cw wont stay on with heat

checked the old timer and the contacts inside were all burn out!

When removing the front panel the Warm/Hot switch & On switch may have got mixed up, Two red wires to the relay & two Blue/Grey to the heater?

    Relay not switching on?

    Any help Please

    Thanks

Re: Creda T622cw wont stay on with heat

thanks for your reply, but the wiring is ok(double checked & checked again)

when it kept blowing the fuse it was arcing across the front switch??

Is the front swicth some sort of latching switch??

if i bypass the switch(join wires together) it stays on when on cold, but when on warm motor goes half speed and stops on hot.

    Would that be the capacitor??

thanks for your quick reply 🙂
