The door looks fine to me.
There’s no drain hole that I can see in the bottom. The only opening into the compartment, apart from the gubbins above it, is the one I’ve indicated, and it looks to be where the tube is connected, after peering behind what I believe is the condenser (the black vertical metal thing on the back). So presumably that opening icing up might be the problem, and maybe I didn’t wait long enough for it to defrost. But then why would it ice up in the first place?
