Yes i know ive been hoodwinked with this setup
And thanks for your diagnoses
Now to right to my solicitor and buy a fridge freezer from John Lewis which hopefully for the extra 60 pounds gives you a warranted purchase !

Yes as you suspected
The inner walls on the back of the fridge is very pliable and has creases in the corners
The compressor is running hot as well
Originally we used Go assist and payed out 170 pounds as a package to diagnose and fix the problem as well as paying extra for parts this was within the restrictions of the standard cost
These parts did not work so the original diagnoses was wrong
Wish i called out a proper company rather than a company that promises a fix
It was supposed to be a no fix no fee cost which they are avoiding because the case has been risen for an engineer to come out diagnose the problem and then fix
Out of pocket and peed off comes the thrase
Beware everyone and im not a scare mongerer

Just a question .
If the gas was low would it still have enough to keep the freezer frozen as this was fine before !
