Issue with pump! Sooo…6 months after being replaced, the same flashing lights appeared but a different issue. What are the chances, two dishwashers with two different issues! Quality doesnt seem to be good….

In the end, the entire unit had to be replaced! And guess what, as of today Aug 2nd 2023, the same thing has just happened to the unit installed last March!

    Not fixed!
As of Feb 13th, its now not draining which is what the original fault was except with the original fault, there was no water! But now we have a dish washer filled with water and have to start the whole process again of complaining!
I wonder if the engineers will replace the replacement parts they already inserted? Think its time we escalated this…

    Fixed!
Incident opened Nov 23rd and only fixed Jan 09! What a joke!
The door harness, the timer alter and the Modulo FI ESS 5P AMB Led had to be replaced!
Three engineers calls, raised a complaint but was told it would only be dealt with internally! What a joke!
A priority engineer callout was confirmed for Jan 04, rang on the day when they didnt show to be told, there is no record for a Jan 4th callout! What a joke!
As you can see I aint happy!
If the engineer cant fix the applicance on the first callout, ensure they dont leave without getting a replacement ordered and that they request the replacement, not you! Otherwise they will just reject it!

Another engineer came out and wasnt able to fix it even after replacing some of the front components! The suggestion is, one of the wires was pinched when being assembled! Another engineer is due out so fingers crossed…

So an engineer was out and the issue is still not resolved. The main components for handling the water intake were replaced but the status was the same upon restart. Waiting on new board to be replaced, possibly a faulty board at the front that is causing it.
Will provide another update when resolved.

So I managed to clean the inlet pipe and connector on the dish washer! Same issue…at this stage, I have to wait for the engineer to call! I post an update in a couple of weeks when its fixed.

    Thank you for that.
So the dish washer is connected to a T junction pipe which also feeds the cold water sink above it and the sink flow is working. I turned off the flow to the dish washer and ensured there was a flow of water from this connected pipe. I then followd the S shaped pipe all the way to the back of the dish washer, no kinks.
I tried to blow air into the dish washer pipe but there was no movement of air at all. I check the rubber seal and the filter, they all look ok!
This is very strange since it was working fine yesterday!
I cant pull out the dish washer without alot of work, as its integrated into the kitchen cabinets! I have confirmed the pipe providing mains water is working, I disconnected the inlet pipe, turned on lever and water was flowing unobstructured. Again, I followed the inlet pipe to the back of the dishwasher, trying to squeeze the pipe to unblock any potential item. No change in behaviour, flights still flash after a minute or soo!
