Thanks Dave, i just cleaned both hoovers thoroughly including filters again and the motor as much as i could, so i`ll see tomorrow if they work properly again. Hope so 👿

Just wanted to say thankyou to the 2 people that replied to me.
My washer is now fixed and busy washing as i type.
It was the pump, it was blocked and had actually broken so i bought a whole new one for £15 and successfully changed it myself 😆 😯

Thanks Tim but i really cant afford to call an engineer out at the minute but with 3 mud loving sons i really need my washer back on.
Its definately the pump because its happened 3 or 4 times before but i was still under warranty then.

Thankyou, so it does definately come off then? i was scared to touch it in case i broke or snapped it.

There are 2 white plastic bits, one at the waste pipe end and one at the other end, which end should i take off?
