    Hi Did you ever get this issue solved? We have just bought one of these machines and having the same issue on the 45 minutes program the clothes come out wet even though it is spinning them.As you did a 10 min spin on its own solves this but it should be doing it automatically .It looks like to me the 45 min program is spinning the clothes then rinsing them again before the program finishes?
