That’s all interesting! I’m going to try calling them again as still no call from them. As the fridge is barely three years old and wasn’t a cheap one I don’t want to let them off!

Thank you lee8. They said that they checked the gas and there’s nothing going to it, but apparently there’s no leak. But they were really vague about what the problem might be. I’ve rung them today and am waiting for them to return my call.
