    The door cords are probably broken-they conect the door springs to the door hinge and the plastic eyes break at each end. Have a look under the door left & right and if you can see any white string hanging down that is the problem.Mal.

    l know it is a bit late now, 😀 but this pulsing problem is caused by the coil on the dispenser going open circuit-it upsets the Timer card for some reason.Mal.
