Thanks for the advice, I would get the engineer out as its 11mths old but the lady on the phone put the fear of god into me telling me if they dont find a fault ill have to pay, if they find a fault Ive caused I will have to pay,
Sounds like they will try anything to get out of fixing it

Any idea why they would have shorted out?

Is there a way I can test the Module?

Also where can I buy the connector plug for the cold water valve as the one I have is now useless.
