Thank you for your swift reply, apologies for my late response. 😯
Amazingly this, the cheapest of fixes (even cheaper than the £7 door interlock) has seemingly cured the error code and the machine works every time.
Unbelievable. 😀
Thank you once again sir you are the font of all knowledge. :tup:MARRA

Hi Kwatt
Thanks firstly for your speedy reply to my query. I did as you suggested and contacted the spares dept. who came back to me almost as quickly as you had with the necessary parts. I ordered straight away, received them yesterday and spent all day (really 😯 )stripping the machine down, replacing bearings and building it back up.
After giving it a service wash, it’s just coming to the end of its first wash proper and its as smooth and as silent as the day it was born!!!
It’s not a job for the faint hearted but so rewarding to repair it instead of just throwing it out and buying new, the essence of ISE’s business model I suppose.
So a massive thank you to your good selves at ukwhitegoods for your time and knowledge. Another satisfied customer 😀MARRA
ParticipantRe: Help with new integrated washing machine
Thanks for your swift reply Phidom 🙂 .I’d considered a free standing unit as a last resort, but thought I would post on here before taking this ‘drastic’ action as the appliance sits in a run of cupboards and someone out there may have an answer. I can’t leave this too much longer either as I’m getting heat off the missus 😆 Thanks again 🙂 E
