    Hi Dave, I was the serviceforce engineer for Mull and Fort William and also agency work for BSH, Beko, Hotpoint, etc.

    Hi Dave, Definately not, the leak in the hose was outside the appliance, everything was totally dry in the base.

    Hi Dave, thank you so much for your reply. I have AEG 50cm induction cooker,pnc 94326596602 and the front r/h ring showed E3 but still everything worked then the whole top stopped working altogether. From my days I know they are split into two boards each board driving 2 rings but in this case they both stopped. I opened it up and there is supply voltage to both boards but nothing from them. The display still registers 0 to 9 on each ring if I turn the knobs. Due to the fact that both boards were off I thought it might be the control board, I sourced one and changed that and lo and behold the thing worked then the 2 rear rings showed E and then the whole thing went off again. Baffling, so any help would be appreciated in the form of advice, service data or whatever. Thank you in advance.
