I put a repair request in on he 23rd Nov (ish) and although I have had an email outlining the suggested engineering co. I have heard nothing from them. 🙁

Do you have any other suggestions locally?

Whats an FSD by the way? Ive since noticed that if I leave the dial at gas Mark 5 the power of the flame fluctuates. Does that help further?
