Hi,
I purchased the element having confirmed with Dave, but it seems pretty much impossible to fit, with both the screws on the new part and existing fitted part seemingly impossible to undo with a pair of pliers as there is so little to grab hold of. Is this something they have intended? Is there some secret smeg tool to undo their screws that im not aware of?

Let me know if you think this is something best fit by a pro, and any recommendations in the south London area.
