I’ve always wanted a Miele (have a Miele tumble dryer I got in a sale) but could never stretch to one. I had a recent windfall which is why I’m thinking it might be better to invest in one now while I can afford one!

My current Bosch has the pause & add feature – it’s great!

Hopefully I can salvage my current machine (it’s only 2yrs old!) but this is good info incase I need to buy a new one soon.

Yes, I’m begginging to wonder if the sump is clogged. Do I access this from the bottom of the machine? Is it relatively straightforward or am I best getting someone out?
