Hi thank you so much for your reply. When I got your message I went home and tipped the washer back, when I looked under it there was a plastic bag caught in the propeller/pump – plain as day.
I removed it and everything worked fine. Also thank you for the warm water comment, I never thought of it that way, I’ve done my first and a few more warm washes and everything is going great. Thank you again for your help! All the best. 🙂Re: Help Please, F & P MW512 Pride washing machine wont
I’m not sure now if its a MW512 or 511 – I’ve just been reading the manual provided inthe sticky part and think i know why its broken.
In the manual it says:
If you always or only use Cold wash you must at least have 1 warm or hot wash every 5th wash – I’ve had this washer 2 years now and never done a warm or hot wash.
It says if you regulary use Cold wash you must occasionally clean the inside of your machine.
OK ive never done a warm cycle and never cleaned the inside.
I would like the do the overnight soaking thing that it recommends but my machine doesnt drain, should i still do it and drain it myself?
Also I dont know how to do a warm cycle thats why ive never done it, do I just turn the hot tap on and thats it?
