    one thing to add and that is on some occasions if the rear wall is touching or pushed in we have seen instances of the insulation short circuiting. What Insulation readings have you taken? also take an insulation reading of the convection motor as recently we have seen a spate of low insulation motors.

    Insulation test the appliance and then each component. Its likely that moisture ingression to one of the elements has taken place whilst in storage and is allowing a leakage to earth, dry out or replace once the component is identified ………. KenW …. I Rest My Case.
