    Our problem turned out to be just air . All we did in the end was keep the dispenser pressed in (it took a while) and eventually the water started to trickle and eventually pour out as normal. Its done it again since and we managed to resolve it in the same way.

    Thank you so much this works – why its omitted from the instruction manual beats me.
