Thanks, I’m just waiting for my multimeter to come from Amazon. Will have to wait a bit before we can get the part but with the advice I have had on here and you tube videos I feel confident I will be able to do it.
Strangely enough when we had our new kitchen fitted 2 years ago we had a Currys Essentials diswasher which was in perfect working order but changed it for this slimline bosch because it fitted the space.

Typically it’s over 2 years October this year. I’ll have a go at fetching it off myself and testing it with a multimeter, will have to do a you tube crash course of how to use one. If I cock it up i’ll probably end up getting an engineer out
