Hi guys. Just to reiterate Simons endorsement of mercury systems software we have been involved with Paul for about 10 years and have no complaints whatsoever. Whenever we have had a problem it has always been dealt with quickly & efficiently.
I can understand some people could be concerned about the time difference but can honestly say this has only ever happened once. My business runs from 8-6 daily so it suits me for updates etc to be done after that time. I can be on Skype with Paul while this is happening and can query something and he will make a change there and then.
I run my whole business from Mercury which includes appliance sales, spares to trade & retail & 6 technicians on the road. All our guys are linked to our server with laptops & mobile phones via engineer login, so we can send them additional jobs & updates within a few minutes. Just had a call from a Baumatic engineer i know, possibly looking for a job. They’re on a conference call at 2pm tomorrow to find out their fate. Not looking good. Micheal
Biztech Solutions
Anyone know anything about Biztech Business Solutions based in Bournemouth. They’ve offered callout up front then any additional charges on invoice. Have trawled the net & don’t seem to find them. They say they are working on behalf of insurance Co.?? Micheal

As Peter has said there is nothing to touch this system. We have been using it & it’s predecessor for about 7 years now. In the last couple of years it’s moved on hugely since Paul rewrote it. Every one can have an input re changes, if you have an idea that would improve it speak to Paul & he will do it if it benefits the system.We use it on 6 pc’s now ( mix of desktop & laptops). There is nothing you can buy at the price versus features. I know there are systems you can get for free but they don’t have the features & versatilty, at the end of the day nobody do’s anything for nothing. Contact Paul for a no obligtion demo. Micheal
