Sorry one further question, the oven has two seals, the inner seal and outer seal. I had originally thought that the inner seal was not sealing properly as the outlet on the top of the oven door was letting a lot of heat out, however I can now see that there are vents behind this outlet. My question is could there be something else wrong with the oven as to why so much heat is escaping and the food is taking forever to cook? Or does the seal need replacing? Thank you

i have only just got round to ordering this and notice that the product number quoted is for a hygena fridge?? does this model fit both the Hygena and Schreiber?
