    Hi, just wondering if this was resolved as we are in the same position with our Bosch Exxcel 1400.

    The machine’s about 4 or 5 years old and is used more than 4 times a week, so I suspect it could be the brushes. If it is (haven’t done any checking yet) will I need to get an engineer in to replace them? Presumably if they’re less than 3/4″ that’s the problem? Thanks btw for your quick reply.

    Thanks for that quick reply – we’ll have a look at the door seal first as that seems the easiest.
