hi mattie. i have taken the top off my machine.

to do this you need a size 20 hex drive. undo the two drive toward the rear on the side of the machine. and then lift the front os held on by plastic clips.
disconnect from the power.
looking down at the door mech you will see the white eletronic door lock then within that you will see the black other half of the handle which seems broken from outside of the door.
then within that black pastic mech you can see the metal hook of the latch. push that toward the drum and hey presto the door will pop open and clothes are free.

now to take apart the door!!

how verystrange as this happened to us yesterday, same model, i am here searching www for an answer and found this forum.
i hope someone can help, waiting now ’til monday for fagor to agree our extended warranty is in tact :rolls:

but it does look like there are lots of unanswered threads here too 🙁

so any answers anyone, its the weekend and washng needs to be done 😳
