Thanks I have found the drain pump now but did not find any obvious blockages. Although the pump itself is full of water – is that normal?

Thanks I have accessed the pump now but it is locked in and I can’t remove it. I removed 4 screws which have a black rubber tube attached at the top of the pump. But the pump also has another thicker black rubber tube to the right attached not with screws but with a metal band which I can’t easily remove.
