    Hi, thanks for the advice, have been away for a few days, so will now get back to sorting out the issue.

    Hi, thanks for that, my husband had the top and back off the machine last night. After looking at your post this morning, he said he could not see anything that looked like a safety fuse, can you point us in the direction of where to look. He has a test meter, so feel OK about him investigating. Thanks once again.

    Just ran the washing machine through on a hot wash, and the water is heating up, so problem is just with the tumble dryer. Any thoughts anyone. Thanks in advance for any advice.

    Hi, thanks for responding. The machine is not sticking on wash. I have assumed the washer is not heating up the water,as when it was on wash, I could not feel any heat from the door at all, so perhaps I have got that wrong.

    The tumble dryer is definatly not producing any heat, the drum goes round as if all is OK, but washing not dried at all. Thanks.
