The issue is even turned on full I cant get the temperature to go below 5 Degrees and the freezer over cycles reaching temperatures exceeding -30 degrees.

Hi Dave

Thanks for the reply, I had a mug of water in the centre of the centre shelf, I used an IR thermometer to measure how cold the mug was, the door was open for maybe 2 or 3 seconds max, I know generally the top and bottom of the fridge vary greatly as the bottom of the fridge will take some of the cooling from the freezer. The compressor itself is around ambient temperature.
