Thanks so much for your reply. Yes, it is rented property but from the agency they told me to sort it out by myself, just to google it… It is a fan oven, and the fan is turning but only cold air comes out. I have adjust the time and set the timer to zero, and as I said previously when my friend played with the buttons for a while hot air was coming out.

Does anyone have any ideas? The hob is working though. At the estate agency they told me to play with buttons. A friend of mine tried to help me and he was just pressing buttons and for a while there was heat coming but then he continued pressing buttons and now it’s only cold air.

Sorry I don’t…But if it maybe of some help, there are five buttons. The first one has the symbol of a bell, the second one the symbol of a bowl, the third it has the word stop, the fourth the symbol – and the fifth the symbol +.
