Im affraid that it is usually caused by strong oven cleaners breaking down the glue. this is why most manufacturers recommend hot soapy water!

sound like the ring elemnt around the fan… 35 +vat for the part and £60 call out

the heater relay in the moduel are renound for failing in these machines!

no heat means it will just wash and wash and wash.
