Re: Hotpoint RL64 Iced Diamond Larder Fridge – not cold

I have the same problem with my Hotpoint RL64. The thermostat is located within the interior light housing. If I unscrew this housing and tap the thermostat the fridge springs back to life. Once the temperature is achieved the thermostat cuts out and fails to restart when the temp rises again.
Is there anyone that can help? I am in the Solihull, West Midlands area.
