    Hi KWatt…
The saga continues. Can you give me an idea of price for the membrane keypad for this DW please? It looks as if that’s flakey too…! 😕

    😥
Hi, Well no one turned up to fix the DW,didn’t even have the courtesy to call to say they wouldn’t be arriving…waited in all day.Am I just being picky, or is this service standard acceptable?

    Re: Eurolec DW004

Thanks for your speedy response kwatt.
I don’t much like the price though..! I’ll try the manufacture’s sense of duty as the machine is only one month out of warranty…
Wish me luck, otherwise I’ll get back to you regarding for some advice re a DW with a little better quality in the build.
    Thanks Again
    P.s
What sort of card is this please? would it be fixable. I have been used to pcb repair to component level, but of course information is required about the board to start with…I suspect that may not be available.

    Re: Eurolec DW004

    Thanks Penguin,

I do feel o.k around industrial stuff, logic, embeded microprocessors and the like, indeed this was all I did to pay the mortgage until a couple of years ago. I’ve never had the motivation to look at a dishwasher before but have always managed to fix the washing machine.

I’m surprised how difficult it’s proving to find out information for this offending machine and do appreciate you efforts to help.

Do you have an idea how expensive is the card for the dw004 please,or where may be the best place to source it? I have been lokking on the net,but perhaps not in the correct place!
Should I cut the losses and junk the dishwasher do you think?
    Thanks

I ‘ve been in tech support for donkey’s, but have never had the pleasure of a dishwasher….
