    The carbons didn’t look worn down or damaged to me. Can you sugest anything else?

    I have found the carbons and clean them, what are the chances of the machine working now. Also how easy are the carbons to fit. do they need soldering?

    Thanks for that, but am I supposed to look through the top, back or bottom of the machine as I have looked in the back and top and can not see anything. Sorry to be so useless.

    Door is locked, fills with water, completes cycle but drum doesn’t rotate although it sounds as though it is trying to move. Machine also empties at the end of cycle.
