Could you please help me with any video tutorial on how to check brushes. I am unable to find anything of relevance. Would appreciate!
Thanks

ParticipantHi Dave,
Please see my observation:
1.Closed the door
2.turned machine button ON on any programme (did not start programme)
3.The timer showed 00:00
4.after 5 sec it showed 00:34 and the door locked
5.I waited for few seconds and the door did not unlock. I pressed the power button OFF (not switched off from main socket).
6.After 55-57 sec the door unlocked.I repeated step 1-4 but instead of pressing the power button OFF I left the machine ON for 2 min and the door unlocked with the display saying “END”
After this the dial was showing correct settings for every programme mode (all seemed normal). I thought maybe the machine is up and running again. I selected Quick daily wash programme and pressed start. The door locked and nothing happened. The cycle did not run. At some point the door unlocked as well, the display showed pause and a symbol was blinking (picture of symbol attached). I pushed the power button OFF and back ON but now the door is not locking at all and the same symbol is blinking (picture attached) .
Kind Regards,

does the door lock at all ?
Dave
yes. When i Switch the machine on, set the dial to daily quick wash the timer goes from 00 to 34 min, the play symbols flashes and the door locks. When i power the machine off, it unlocks.
Would you still recommend changing the door interlock?
kind Regards

Thank you very much Dave. Mechanicalluy, the machine door is locking and unlocking completely fine. However, it could be some other issue with the interlock system. Would you reckon that i buy one of these and replace (pls kindly check the part number for me, i have never done and diy on washing machines before):
Kind Regards
