ParticipantRe: Whirlpool AWG345/4 – Error
Hi, I didn’t want to create a new thredad given there seems to be some great advice here, but as a novice I have some follow up questions. I have a ameg WDI 12C:
1. is the pump located at the bottom left of the machine? Theres a black screw tap on something which I can take off but was scared to remove the thing behind it.
2. there is also a black tube which is to the right of this, is this the small hose you talk about?
3. the pipe at the back which feeds the sink, is this possible to be removed from the back of the machine and not the sink? it appears to go into the machine and not accssible at the end point unless perhaps i take the back panel off.
what steps should i follow if i’ve identified the correct parts and shoould i expect water to come gushing out if i remove anything. thanks

Ok will do, I assume I can get the checks/quotes done for free from those on repairs@

Thanks for the reply. I think I should be able to find somebody to install it after making a few calls but I guess my biggest concern is finding out if the part is going to be compatible.
