Thanks for the quick response and info.

I’ve ran the machine whilst observing it, and it appears the problem is at the start of a cycle (Eco/Delicate/etc), where it gets stuck in a loop where I can hear the sound of running water, a low level hum, for approx 20-30 seconds, then it drains (quite bubbly) for just a second or two, then keeps repeating until I force the dial forward a notch.
Im thinking it could perhaps be the dial getting stuck, but it’s odd it does it at the start of the Eco and Delicate cycles, and rest seems to run fine.
