As I have had no reply to my query, I decided to junk this supposed fridge/freezer. I have had a lot of trouble with Zanussi/Elecrolux appliances in the recent past. It is unlikely I will purchase this makes again. The appliance is now in the recycle scrap heap.

Hi again and thanks for the help. The serial no. of the dishwasher is 02510788 and has a product no. of 911831019. It also has a type no. 911N81-2F. I should be able to fit the part myself. However having looked at the machine, it seemed difficult to fully remove the side panel. It appeared caught at the front near the bottom. Any idea on this?

Yep, LHS (as you look at it from the front). I know, it can be confusing, is it the LHS or the RHS, depends which way you look at it, literally! 😕
